The ACORID Mult-port Media converter enables the connection of seven end Ethernet devices using Twisted Pair cable. An additional 100Base-FX Port can be used for the connection to central switch or hub. Thanks to the 10/100 MBit/s auto negotiation mode the RJ45 Port adjusts the transfer rate automatically. With single mode optical fiber its possible to cover distances of up to 40 km.
